Small group photography and business Mentoring with WA's top family photographer.

Small group Mentoring boot camp is open to all levels of photographers. You can be looking to start a business, new to business, or might have been in business for years and in need of a shake up. You should however be comfortable with camera basics. 

By learning in a small group, you’ll be able to leverage the best of both the group and 1:1 worlds.  Together you’ll discuss and uncover questions you may never have thought of and will have the support of like minded people to help you through.  Of course every photographer is different and their goals and skills vary, so every participant will also have two personal 1:1 calls with Lisa to cover topics that are specific to them or where they may need additional assistance.

All for just $1297 per participant.  

How will it work?

The boot camp will run over 10 weeks starting on February 16th (depending on the participants we may break over easter or school holidays – this is a customised bootcamp, you’ll help call the shots).  There will be a weekly video masterclass lesson from Lisa followed by weekly group Skype calls, with actionable items for you to follow up during the week – the more you can do the more you’ll get out of the program.  You’ll finish the end of the 10 week program with more than just knowledge, you’ll already have done most of the work!

During the bootcamp, a facebook group will be set up and Lisa will be available to answer your questions.  All calls and videos will be recorded and kept available to you to download and keep forever.

The Ten week bootcamp will be filled on first come, first served basis and will run with a maximum of 5 participants.

While we will be sure to cover elements of shooting, post production & business, specific topics that might be covered include:

• Post processing in Lightroom & Photoshop
• Digital workflow and keeping your images organised and safe.
• Setting goals for your business and creating an achievable plan to get you there.
• Price list setup or review.
• Studio management software and processes
• Selling in person & online and how I make both work for me.
• Marketing and branding.
• Setting up your website and social media.
• Finding your style and standing out.
• Work life balance, don’t let your business rule your family.

A deposit of $650 is payable to reserve your place, with the balance due by February 16th.

Who is Lisa?

For the past 10 years, Lisa has and continues to run the successful family portrait studio Lilypad Photography.  The last five years she has solely and comfortably supported her family financially while her husband has explored his own business and education dreams.  With a 7 & 9 year old, work life balance is high on her priority list, and she can help you make your business work with and for your family.

As well as succeeding in business, she has won the WA AIPP family photographer of the year for the last three years, was a finalist in the National Portrait Gallery Photography Portrait Prize and has achieved the Master Photographer status with the AIPP.

Over the years, there are very few processes, systems and applications for both business and work life balance she hasn’t explored.  There have been some glorious flops and wonderful successes.
