Meet Lisa

My love for photography goes back a long way. My mum was always the one with a camera in her hands, snapping photos of my sister, brother, and me as we grew up. First smiles. First steps. First birthdays. First days at school. Mum and her camera were always there, capturing the delightful humdrum of daily life in addition to special milestones. It wasn’t long before we had two “happy snappers” in the house. My love affair with photography had begun.

Between the two of us, we soon had an overflowing bookshelf of family photo albums, and we spent many rainy afternoons reminiscing over them. My obsession with the photo album continues to this day, and I already have an extensive collection of my own. In fact, my own daughter loves “reading” them with me. The tradition continues.

When I was 24, my Mum unexpectedly passed away. These memories now mean more than I ever thought they could.  I’m so passionate about capturing gorgeous images as your family grows, I’ve started Club Lilypad.  I want everyone to be able to capture their families beautifully, every day!

I’ve been a professional photographer for over 8 years now and am I’m a fully-accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP).  I recently won the 2014  and 2015 WA Professional Family Photographer of the Year!
